The legal Rights of Demons:-

Every demon within a person has a legal right before God to be there. satan is a legalist and knows "his rights before God to send demons into a person. Satan works like a lawyer demanding his rights before God. Jesus Christ is our advocate, who defend­s our rights before God.

We need to take away the demons legal rights before God, then we can cast them out.This is where the inner healing takes place as we find the root cause of the problem and deal with it.

Some of the legal rights are -:

Soul ties, false religions, occult activities, cursed objects and curses, sins of our ancestors.

Unforgiveness is quite often the most important part of deliverance  to deal with and the issues of sin regarding this which have opened the door for the demons to come in.

We need to renounce all sin, any occult and false religions, break the curses, oaths and soul ties, destroy any cursed objects and loose Godly spirits.

At the start of a  Deliverance session  prayers of deliverance for any of these issues specific to that persons life need to be said. We remember that we are dealing with a persons life and they are the most important person here who we desire to see set free, and the deliverance session is prayfully unique for them.

To maintain our freedom from the demons after deliverance we need to renew our minds and bring under control our actions and words. Keeping our minds fixed on God and his word  to help bring our thoughts and words under the control of the Holy Spirit.
