My Journey into Deliverance Ministry

I am a wife to my best friend and ministry partner, Joel Pino. We’ve been married for 30 years and are the proud parents of two beautiful adult daughters, Brianna and Ariana, who are both married and walking with the Lord. I’m also a blessed grandmother to two precious grandchildren who bring so much joy to our lives.

Together, Joel and I serve as senior pastors at Aviva Iglesia Cristiana, a fully bilingual (Spanish/English) church in Minneola, Florida. Family is incredibly important to me. I believe God designed the family to be the first place where faith is nurtured, healing begins, and legacy is built.

A few years ago, everything changed for me during a counseling session with a Christian woman who unexpectedly manifested demonic oppression. As my husband and I prayed and witnessed her deliverance, I was shaken—and full of questions. Up until that moment, I didn’t believe a believer could be demonized. But this encounter launched me into a deep study of Scripture and the biblical foundations of deliverance.

What I discovered was life-changing: deliverance has always been part of God's heart for His people. From Jesus to the apostles, Scripture shows that freedom, healing, and spiritual authority are available to every believer. I came to understand that many emotional and physical struggles have hidden spiritual roots—and when those roots are addressed, healing often follows.

Since that encounter, I have fully dedicated myself to studying, teaching, and ministering in deliverance and inner healing. I’ve witnessed God bring healing to chronic illnesses, emotional wounds, and oppressive strongholds. I firmly believe it is God’s will for His children to walk in wholeness—spirit, soul, and body—and that by addressing the spiritual roots, we make way for complete restoration.
